  Let it hereby be known and acknowledged: Difference, a noticeable change. To receive the Dove Award is an honor, for our award is not easy to be honored with. The award is more than just a gold, silver, or bronze award.  Our program is unique as both surfers and judges visit your website to determine if you make a difference. This goes far beyond code or navigation. It is purpose, meaning, and difference which reflects a noticeable change. The organization that your website represents, The Rotary Club is such that makes a difference in the lives of many people.  Thank you for making such a difference. Though there are several sites that our staff visited to see if your site stands out from the rest we have found that your site is dedicated to Preservation of this Music and Arts Festival.  Our panel believes that your site does make a difference as seen through the eyes of the viewer, those who come to your site and with the bonus points you have achieved the necessary points for our award.Let it hereby be acknowledged and know to all that The Woodstock Preservation.
