It is important that we teach children about the Word Of God and not how society and mans law's says that certain lifestyle's are ok? It is on T.V. in movies and now in our land. Just how far will God ALLOW us? I think it is ever so important to teach children about Soldom and Gomorrah. We should warn them about the truth of this lifestyle! It started with the introduction of just simple little things. Its only a Movie? Hey its Snow White!. Little by little, inch by inch and now it is out of control. Christian parents have allowed the 'little foxes to spoil the goods". Hey prayer out of schools, moving away from the 10 commandments, now submitting to allowing all this the flood gates of hell have been opened upon our children. Yes even Snow White changed? However this sequel, which obviously had completely different animation, also introduced several new characters, including the Seven Dwarves cousins the Dwarf-Elves, which each had a special power.
A Vatican spokesman has defended the Harry Potter books and films, saying they are consistent with Christian morals. But the church denouces "The Golden Compas" movie and book series. Stealing a penny from someone or a dollar from another they both are sins are they not? What makes Harry Potter different from The Golden Compass, the church the author claims to be a member of? The Rev Peter Fleetwood, a member of the Vatican's council for culture, was speaking at the launch of a document warning of the dangers of "new age" spiritual beliefs to the Catholic faith. The draft document is designed to counter a perceived drift away from the church toward belief in crystals, feng shui and other practices not based in Christian teaching. Asked whether the Harry Potter books fell into the same category, Mr Fleetwood said, "I don't see any, any problems in the Harry Potter series." He went on to say that the good v evil message of the books was consistent with Christian morality. Countering suggestions from some evangelical groups that the tales of magic school add glamour to occult beliefs, he said, "I don't think there's anyone in this room who grew up without fairies, magic and angels in their imaginary world. They aren't bad. Compromise? What does the Bible say about Harry Potter? Yes Mr. Fleetwood we all grew up with fairirs, magic, and angels but I thank God that I had Godly parents that showed me the truth in the Word of God about such things. The Devil is a powerful and formidable adversary and those Christians who smugly make light of his abilities and dabble in things the Bible warns against are teetering on the very edge of disaster. Peter said to believers, Please take special note of God's prohibition against a person being a medium, or who is a wizard or who is demon possessed, here referred to as having a familiar spirit. Disney re-created Mickey Mouse in the early 1970's, as they put a wizard's hat on him and gave him a magic wand with which he cast spells. Folks, Disney made Mickey Mouse into a wizard, which God expressly forbade!! Yet, Christian parents continuously allow their children to watch this type of witchcraft on TV, in the movies, and on video. The more serious sin of Disney, in our opinion, has been the steady diet of witchcraft that Disney has been feeding our young children since Mickey donned the witches' hat in the early 1970's. Since then, we have had a very steady diet of witchcraft fed to children in very effective comedy and cartoon settings. Shows like Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Fantasia,Aladdin and Snow White are good examples of witchcraft being shown as normal and exciting.
I believe that teaching our children witchcraft under a different guise is far more dangerous to their young minds, hearts, and souls than is homosexuality. Parents can more easily convince their children that homosexuality is sin, than they can fight this insidious instruction in witchcraft. Parents have biology on their side in fighting homosexuality, but it is far more difficult to fight this slick selling of witchcraft. In the Lion King, for example, the monkey served the role of Shaman; yet, how many people really picked up on that? They were titled, "Lettin' It All Hang Out" and "Growing Up Gay". Growing Up Gay was authored by three homosexual comedians who aim their book at "gay youngsters who were bred by heterosexuals". Schools in Sodom and Gomorrah surely taught that homosexuality was a "viable option". This pervasive attitude lead directly to the `shrieking' and `crying' that God heard emanating from their homosexual behavior. God destroyed them. It is getting very similar in America. In Genesis 19, we see that the homosexual men of the city, who surrounded Lot's house in their desire to have sexual relations with the two angels outside in public, did not fear being arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior. Why were they not afraid of arrest? Because the laws of Sodom were such that they did not prohibit such public homosexual activity. Why were the laws written this way? Because the public institutions that comprised the city were supportive of all types of homosexual sex, public and private. We see this same situation developing in America today, with Disney leading the charge.

This line of reasoning is unsustainable. If seemingly "homosexual" acts among animals are in accordance with animal nature, then parental killing of offspring and intra-species devouring are also in accordance with animal nature. Anyone engaged in the most elementary animal observation is forced to conclude that animal "homosexuality, are exceptions to normal animal behavior. Consequently, they cannot be called animal instincts. These observable exceptions to normal animal behavior result from factors beyond their instincts. Clashing Stimuli and Confused Animal Instincts To explain this abnormal behavior, the first observation must be the fact that animal instincts are not bound by the absolute determinism of the physical laws governing the mineral world. In varying degrees, all living beings can adapt to circumstances. They respond to internal or external stimuli. Second, animal cognition is purely sensorial, limited to sound, odor, touch, taste and image. Thus, animals lack the precision and clarity of human intellectual perception. Therefore, animals frequently confuse one sensation with another or one object with another. Third, an animal's instincts direct it towards its end and are in accordance with its nature. However, the spontaneous thrust of the instinctive impulse can suffer modifications as it runs its course. Other sensorial images, perceptions or memories can act as new stimuli affecting the animal's behavior. Moreover, the conflict between two or more instincts can sometimes modify the original impulse. Jacque Lynn Schultz, ASPCA Animal Sciences Director of Special Projects, explains further: Usually, an un-neutered male dog will mount another male dog as a display of social dominance--in other words, as a way of letting the other dog know who's boss. While not as frequent, a female dog may mount for the same reason.Dogs will also mount one another because of the vehemence of their purely chemical reaction to the smell of an estrus female: Not surprisingly, the smell of a female dog in heat can instigate a frenzy of mounting behaviors. Even other females who are not in heat will mount those who are. Males will mount males who have just been with estrus females if they still bear their scent.... And males who catch wind of the estrus odor may mount the first thing (or unlucky person) they come into contact with. Other animals engage in seemingly "homosexual" behavior because they fail to identify the other sex properly. The lower the species in the animal kingdom, the more tenuous and difficult to detect are the differences between sexes, leading to more frequent confusion. "Homosexual" Animals Do Not Exist Although homosexual behavior is very common in the animal world, it seems to be very uncommon that individual animals have a long-lasting predisposition to engage in such behavior to the exclusion of heterosexual activities. Thus, a homosexual orientation, if one can speak of such thing in animals, seems to be a rarity.Despite the "homosexual" appearances of some animal behavior, this behavior does not stem from a "homosexual" instinct that is part of animal nature. Dr. Antonio Pardo, Professor of Bioethics at the University of Navarre, Spain, explains: Properly speaking, homosexuality does not exist among animals.... For reasons of survival, the reproductive instinct among animals is always directed towards an individual of the opposite sex. Therefore, an animal can never be homosexual as such. Nevertheless, the interaction of other instincts (particularly dominance) can result in behavior that appears to be homosexual. Such behavior cannot be equated with an animal homosexuality. All it means is that animal sexual behavior encompasses aspects beyond that of reproduction.
There are those who like to say that the Bible does not condemn homosexuality. Various verses are cited (out of context) and the verses that people use to show that homosexuality is wrong are explained away. The world wants to change God's words and meanings into something more suitable to its sinful desires. Nevertheless, the truth stands: The Bible condemns homosexuality as a sin. Let's look at what it says.
Homosexuality is clearly condemned by the Bible. It goes against the created order of God. He created Adam and then made a woman. This is what God has ordained and it is what is right. Unlike other sins, homosexuality has a severe judgment administered by God Himself. This judgment is simple: They are given over to their passions. That means that their hearts are allowed to be hardened by their sins (Romans 1:18ff). As a result, they can no longer see the error of what they are doing. Without an awareness of their sinfulness, there will be no repentance and trusting in Jesus. Without Jesus, they will have no forgiveness. Without forgiveness, there is no salvation. What should be the Christian's Response to the Homosexual? Just because someone is a homosexual does not mean that we cannot love him (or her) or pray for him (her). Homosexuality is a sin and like any other sin, it needs to be dealt with in the only way possible. It needs to be laid at the cross, repented of, and never done again. In the Biblical worldview, God looks upon the collective behavior by the citizens of a nation, and assigns the appropriate national morality. If the leaders of a nation, or a city-nation as Sodom was, refuse to enforce God's commands, then what must God do? God must then, at some point, carry out His prescribed punishment on the entire nation! In the case of this type of sexual crime, God's punishment is Capital Execution, "so shalt thou remove the evil from among you". We must teach our children about Sodom and Gomorrah, and how God delt with such actions. What was the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah? The Jude passage mentioned earlier cites "fornication" and "going after strange flesh." The Genesis passages (ch. 18 & 19) mention the citizens wanting to molest visitors, then turning on Lot who was keeping the visitors safe. Jeremiah also seems to mention sexual sin (23:14) along with lying and "strengthen[ing] the hands of evil doers." The most detailed list of Sodom's sin is found in Ezekiel 16:49 (if indeed it is not speaking figuratively of another city); "pride" and "prosperous ease" head the list, followed by the converse of Jeremiah's complaint, they "do not strengthen the hand of the poor and needy," and finally, stating that they were "haughty" and "committed abomination before God." The magnitude of Sodom's sin is also mentioned throughout the Bible as "great and grievous" (Gen.18:20), so pervasive that Abraham doubted that there were even 20 righteous people in it (Gen. 18:32), and that they acted without shame, openly displaying their sin, not hiding it (Isa.3:9). Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven. (Genesis 19:24)The Bible attributes the destruction of the cities to a fiery storm that rained down from above. Thick layers of burnt material covering the remains of the cities in the area bear this out.Stephen Collins, an Albuquerque biblical archaeologist, says he has uncovered the definitive site of Sodom and Gomorrah in Jordan.Collins has excavationed at what is known as Tall el-Hammam and is planning several more. He is the dean of archaeology and biblical history at Trinity Southwest University in Albuquerque.Its not just because we think it might be Sodom but that we can learn how people lived and what kind of crops they were growing and what kind of language if we discover inscriptions, he said. We can get a real understanding of 5,000 to 6,000 years ago and how people came and went.To give sanction to homosexual marriage would be to give approval to that lifestyle, which the Bible clearly and consistently condemns as sinful. I believe that Christians should stand firmly against the idea of gay marriage / same sex marriage. Marriage is ordained by God to be between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:21-24; Matthew 19:4-6). Homosexual marriage is a perversion of the institution of marriage and an offense to the God who created marriage. God forbids and condemns homosexuality, so He clearly is opposed to homosexual marriage. As Christians, we are to seek to share the love of God and salvation through Christ with homosexuals. We are to be loving and kind to homosexuals, while at the same time not condoning their sinful lifestyle. We are getting very close to the day when Jesus will reveal Himself, a blessed event which will occur at the end of the Tribulation Period. Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? Yes you see it right. It is what you think it is. Even childrens plastic playsets contained a 10" one detailed so graphic right in the center of the tower for children to put together. How could this be such a mistake, to go into production with a childrens playset model of the City from The Little Mermaid if it was not done intentional? Think about it. You would think that A Toy companies excutives would know whats going on in the production of their toys dont you think? Well many children took out a 10" one and wondered what is this? Yes Disney said that they were so sorry, but this attack upon our children and Christian morals and values have attacked the Word of GOD with compromise now for the past 20 years the battle is being lost taking children who now are adults into the generation of compromise...anything goes?
Let's talk about Movies: Within 15 minutes of the opening scene, viewers of Walt Disney's movie, NARNIA, are face to face with Pan, the pagan fertility god which Wiccan witches worship and adore worldwide. The image to the left pictures PAN, the pagan sex god. The image's below is a statue of the character, Mr. Tumnus, in NARNIA.
