There are also tool's for you to use to test and use. And above all if there is a question we want to work with you, for that is the whole purpose of any award program 'to help' make a difference. For without you there would be NO AWARD PROGRAM'S. So continue your journey with honest, open eyes and we will work with you in that difference"

Following will be 29 of our Disqualifying Criteria. To be honored with The Dove Award is more than just another rated award...you can be sure that you have 'made the difference" through your web site mission by the eyes of those who come to visit with you. Definitions of change deepen: become deeper in tone/ make or become different in some particular way/ an event that occurs when something passes from one state or phase to another/the action of changing something;/undergo a change; become different in essence;/the action of changing something/exchange: give to, and receive from, one another

Water in a liquid state goes through a transition to become different, a gas or ice

Fundamentally, Change denotes the transition that occurs when something goes from being the same to being different. For example, water in the liquid state is not the same as water in the frozen state. Or water that becomes as the bubbles on the left in a gas state. At some point, it experienced a transition and became different. Thus, it changed.

For the most part, today's moral standards are defined by today's society and, as it changes, so does our perception of moral standards. Just think about things that were seen as unacceptable 30, 20, or just 10 years ago and are now considered to be perfectly acceptable according to today's society. Though some subjects might be considered acceptable to those who apply for our Award we reserve the right to determine if it falls outside of our Ethics and Criteria according to our Standard the Bible.

There are thousands of religious group's here in North America alone which promote systems of morality derived from their sacred texts and tradition; these are primarily Christian, Jewish, and Muslim. There are also dozens of non-religious, secular organizations which promote their own ethical and moral belief systems, as derived from social sciences and logic. Examples are the Agnostics, Atheists, and Humanists.

There are many conflicts among this great diversity of beliefs over specific "hot" religious topics like equal rights for gays and lesbians, abortion access, physician assisted suicide, etc.Some for the better and some probably not. That is why we use the one standard that remains the same. Our standard is the Bible our choice for that solid foundation that has been proven over the thousands of years.

1. [A] [B] [C] We will not continue your journey for our award if you are not listed as a member of at least one of the following organizations that govern the quality of family viewing and standards for web sites. Your site must receive a

green light to continue your journey. If you post one of these badges showing membership and your PIC'S are present but there is a problem and it brings up a

Amber light we will look at your text [code] and to see if PIC' are listed. If it is just a code problem we will put your application on hold for 7 day's to give you time to correct it. [Explanation] If there are no PIC'S present [ What are pics see below] this is dishonest and to those site's that strive to make a difference and work hard to keep the internet safe .[B]The badges for your affiliations must also be at the proper size of the issue. [Not resized like the two here which are done to illustrate our point...we check the button sizes of all posted memberships]

If the badge you have posted on your site is the wrong size then we will place your application on hold until your correct the issue. This must be done within the 7 day time period that we allow you to make repairs.

If when we test your site and you get a

red light then you will be disqualified if you post a badge and have no pics or labels present in your code. Just because you have a badge on your site page does not mean each page is labeled. We will test each page of your site and hold you to the same guidelines of this Mandatory Criteria. There are some sites that post a membership on the index page and believe that is all they need to do. Each page must have PIC' S if you represent certain memberships. Again this is dishonest and you will be disqualified as below.

[C] We will disqualify you from our program for a period of 1 year, and you will be placed on the W.O.R.D. surf list The W.O.R.D. staff will contact the organization and inform them of the false posting of a membership badge placed upon your site representing a 'safe' or family friendly. Then our staff will follow your site for a period of one year. We believe if a site post's a badge to which they by no means represent this is to us lying and against ethics. We have found sites that target youth by posting false badges upon their sites. We also contact your host to see if you are within their guidelines. By no means are we the 'internet police' but our programs are based upon youth, kids, and family and to that we hold dear and to the highest of all standards.

[NOTICE of extended time in your evaluation: if we have to contact your membership by e-mail this may take a longer time element than the stated evaluation time for our program thus the 7 day evaluation time will be longer due to this fact] If you belong to a program which no PIC' S are used we will contact them to see if they have visited your site. If they have no record of this and you post the badge again you will be disqualified from our program for a period of 1 year.
