There was a man named Daniel who stood up for God but also obeyed the laws of the land. A new law was made and The king had signed this law that any man who worshiped another god besides yourself (The King) shall be cast into the den of lions. But Daniel according to the custom of his people never was moved. There were certain people that didnt like Daniel so they watched Daniel as he daily went to his window three times each day and prayed and gave praise to God. They went to the King. The king found out and was very angry so he had Daniel brought and cast into the den of lions. It was a pit with a narrow hole at the top, a wide floor at the bottom, and lions. At the dawn of the new day the King came back to the lions den and cried out Daniel, Daniel was your God able to deliver you from the lions. And Daniel Answered, King, my God sent his angel to shut the lions mouths. The king smiled with relief and commanded those who accused Daniel to try a night themselves in the den of lions. And then the King put out a decreed that all men tremble before the God of Daniel.

There was a king who had demanded that all people must worship his god. The king heard of Three men and of their civil disobedience and became angry and had the three men delivered to him. " Is it true that you do not worship my god:" he demanded of the three?. They nodded. It is true. Do you know the punishment waiting for those who will not worship my god? he again demanded. Have you heard of my burning, fiery furnace? They nodded. They knew and had heard. Then are you ready now to stand before the image that I have made, and at the sound of music to fall down and worship it? They three men stood quiet awhile, then said, "We neednt answer you that, O King. Our God himself will answer you. He will deliver us from your hand. ANd if not, we still will not worship either your god or the image. The kings face swelled, purple with the burning rage inside him. To the furnace with them he roared. Stoke that furnace to seven times hotter than it has ever been before. And, "Mighty men!" he shouted. I want my mightiest men to bind these three and to cast them into that furnace. Into the fire. The three men were dragged and thrown into the furnace. The furnace was so hot it was white, whipping flame in the furnace that the mighty men who came near it perished on the spot. After a short time the king himself came to witness the execution. He asked as he stooped down to see whether bones or only dust was left of the stubborn three men. Suddenly he stood up and asked How many men did you through into the furnace. Three O King they said. The King replied, I see four men walking in the midst of the fire unhurt. God had sent a angel to protect the three men. Then the king turned to the furnace and called out for the three men, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego Servants of the most High God come out Come here.
Below are Some Scriptures that you can select from to use. In this program it is important that you have imput into the materials, and to improvise and add and create to the basic foundation of the program. Unlike other Vacation Bible Schools, I believe that it is important to follow a plan but the greatist way to do any program is to have the imput of the teachers. Each individual person is creative and to just follow a certain outline, or book, or pay for a program somehow makes it just like all the other programs out on the market today. God created each of us different, and with that comes new and exciting things to share. If you have a certain idea and would like to pass it along please e-mail me. The basic program Lets talk about Hereo's is copyrighted and protected so that people will not profit from this program. This is a free program to all denominations and people giving back to the giver God our Father. See notice below.
