Welcome to A life that made a difference website of the Year Award for the Year 2006

The Web site of the year our award is twofold. One for award programs those stand alone sites that spend countless hours in evaluating sites for web site awards, and another for subject sites. This award is a 'honor' award by nomination and the Criteria is different from our Dove Award. Along with a min set Criteria a eassy must be included so please read the Criteria before you submit the nomination.

There are heroe's that come in all shapes, all sizes, all races, men, women, children. A real hero is one bearing the greatest gift that a person can carry is love. Just what is love? We can look all around us and see all sorts of worldly love. There is love of material things, love of money, love of the flesh, one can about love anything. But there are for some such a love for others in the global world of our Internet home. We all take 'time' for granted indeed, for one to part with such a precious love...time...is a real burning desire to make a difference..to touch others, to leave a legacy. This site Alice Pandora.com is such a site and I would like to recommend this site for your A Life that made a difference honor award. You see for many people a web site is just another way to spend time as a hobby, for Alice her site is done with a desire to love, to give back something to other's and to leave a lasting legacy throughout the halls of time. And time is the greatest thing we all do not want to part with. And Alice truly gives up of that precious gift...done in love...giving of her time to us all.

The keyboards for Christ Award Program Site of the Year Award is called "A life that Made a difference" starts with monthly sites being nominated for a monthly award. A essay must be included for both the site of the month award and the web site of the year award. The winners of the monthly award are placed into the Site of the Year pool with other nominated sites. A website can only recieve the monthly award one time in the year that they are nominated. There can be many monthly awards or none. This is still a Criteria rated award.This award can be nominated by a web master, owner, individual surfer, judge, evaluator.Even though the Criteria is not the same as our Dove Award Program we take the nominations by how many are recieved and evaluate the site with the same basic point rating as our Dove Award. Each month special awards that meet are Criteria are awarded to sites in the "A life that made a difference" monthly award. The graphic is custom made for the receiving website. This award is also a Rated award like our Dove Award.

Heres the Rules for this award nomination:

1. The site must meet our Award Nomination Criteria for both awards [Monthly/Yearly]

2. The person nominating this site must submit to us a E-mail of no less than 50 words but no more than 250 words describing why this site makes a difference including how it has made a difference in someone or someones life and how it has touched or touches the visitors heart from the visit.

That is it. The entries will be reviewed by Dr. John Hunter Ph.D., a retired Community College President who was named one of the top 25 College Presidents of the year by USA Today. Dr. Hunter has written several articles about young people and has a vast knowledge of what it takes to make a difference, along with Daniel L.Wheeler the webmaster and owner of this website and the Keyboards for Christ Award Program along with 7 other choosen surfers from different professional backrounds. The evaluators will be posted one month Before the closing of the nominations for this yearly award.

All winners of the Honor of the monthly award will already be placed within the nomination pool of websites. These winners have already qualified by both essay and Criteria to recieve the monthly award that they have been so honored with.

The main Criteria for this award is the Essay's that are submitted for each site. Each site that is nominated must fall within the stated Critera of our program. With each nomination there must be a different essay. You may not use the same essay on each nomination. You many submit as many nominations as you want but only one per e-mail. One site can have hundreds of essays submitted by only a few websites or veiwers. It is not the quantity of the essays's or nominations, it is in the content and Quality of the essay.

Examples of two different essays:

A. The website of flying high has touched my heart because I like the pictures and stories of how this person overcame their problems....

B. is the winner

B. Flying high, wow how I could relate to this persons heart filled story of how they soared above the storm that came at them in their life. This website acually placed me on the wings of a dove as they ....

1.The first stage will be all the nominations Essays judged on Content not how many received.

2. Then Two of the top Essays selected from all the essays by our staff will move on to the final stage where the evaluations of the two websites will be done.

3. The top Point value of the staff and choosen veiwers will determine the winner. The winner's essay will be posted on a special page along with all the other information about the winning site, in January of 2008.

Monthly and yearly Nominations will be sent a e-mail along with a badge if they wish to post it to there site.

There is a limit of only one submission per E-mail. So wirte down our mail. This award registration Begins March 1st 2008 and closes on Dec 10th of 2008 and the award winner will be notified Jan 2, 2009. They will also recieve a framed certificate for our program. We invite webmasters to nominate other sites that have touched them through the giving of awards in their own programs.

NOMINATIONS BEGIN MARCH 1st FOR THE SITE OF THE YEAR 2008

Each month the staff of this award program will select websites that meet our Criteria for "A life that made a difference" award. This award you cannot apply for, it may be nominated by a website or a web surfer stating in the application why this site has made or makes a difference in a person or persons life. It is given by the achievements of that site. Our staff and just common visitors that visit random sites to see if that site is worthy of this honorable award. It is may not be given out every month. Only as an outstanding site is brought to our attention. The award Graphic is one of a kind for the receiving website. Please read the Criteria before nominating a website for either award. A website must meet our Criteria above in order for the nomination to hold up.

We believe all site strive to make a difference but some go far beyond that and truly deserve to be honored as such for "A life that made a difference" is more than just an award, it is an achievment, a legacy in life's journey.
