 I pay a substantial yearly fee to the site host (Bravehost.com ) for the right and privilege to express my thoughts and opinions herein, and to share anything I desire (within their written "user agreement").
; Its entire content is my sole creation, concept and responsibility.
 Though public domain no permission is needed for such use, the creation of such midi files are for use  for this programs use to which I have recorded on my own instruments in GM General Midi Format. These arrangements are not to be used for profit.  I give permission to use for teaching children.
 
Midi File arrangements
 
 These midi arrangements are not complex and very simple, recorded with O1 Piano in the Midi Instrument chart. The songs recorded by me on the CD of exercises for this program are more involved in the arrangements.  If you feel that a arrangement or arrangement Midi sequence is done like your own please send me proof of copyright or ownership, along with a copy of your recording or sequence.;Some of these arrangements are used on my recordings in Midi Format.
 
Upon review if found copyrighted before my date I will remove it from this site and record another arrangment. This usually can't happen as two people who are creative don't usually feel and play music alike.   
 No midi files are shared or downloaded from this site for profit.
 
No Cds or recordings sold from this site but the Keyboards for Christ Music Program has available a CD of original exercises that go with this program. It is available after registration upon request to the author Dan Wheeler at  shalomtoyou321@aol.com
 
Some arrangements have notes changed to express my musical picture of the song, but the original song copyright remains with the composer or record company if any materials are so used. Midi Disc 2000 software is owned by Dan Wheeler.

About Midi Copyrights A MIDI file is subject to at least two separate copyrights: The artist or the record company, and the sequencer or author who programmed the MIDI, in this case the MIDI files on this site have been recorded by Daniel L. There are  Midi files in the MIDI Room that can be used in the program. They all are public domain and recorded in GM on my KN7000 keyboard. YOU MAY NOT REPRODUCE in any wayfor profit. These songs are granted permission to be used for educational purposes in the Keyboards for Christ Music Program only.  Certain Midi Files on the Keyboards for Christ Music Program and The Lets talk about Heroes Vacation Bible School were created by author Dan Wheeler and are copyrighted materials. Any other use is strickly prohibited  according to the copyright laws both of the United States and International Law.
