Praise ye the LORD.  The Keyboards for Christ Music Ministry was launched in 2004  by Rev. Daniel L. Wheeler, after 30 plus years in the making. With a heart for children and family and how they are being targeted by the devil the cry went out to "make a difference..one child at a time". All our programs started and are woven into our Music Program.  We offer a program's for children 5-10 Keyboards for Christ Music Program, The Hero Academy A Vacation Bible School Program and a Teen program 11-15 called the Circle of Life..Jesus The light of life.  Our programs are centered around the Bible and authored to guide children into worship which is in spirit and truth, within the Circle of life stages that a child or teen might be currently in.  It is not the musical instrument or music that brings one into worship but the HEART.  Though music is a ministry, we believe that true worship is with the heart from which the spirit soars. Not the emotion of the notes, but the offering of one's own self to the Lord. The music and the biblical instruments are crafted and taught as a new and exciting way to bring children back to the basics of God's Word, the Bible. Many people continue to talk about new worship, or contemporary worship, what instruments to use, and how we should not use them in any way. I believe God created all things, including musical instruments, and all things from God are good. To offer Him praise first, using music or instruments is the center of all programs or doctrine, FIRST, the center Jesus Christ that is the heart of worship. All things must be from the heart and with Love, for without that you are just as a clinging cymbal...nothing.  From a humble start of 12 children this Ministry and the programs are now used  by churches, homeschoolers, schools, and missionaries worldwide. We are in a battle. We must take back the ground that we have lost.  We must try to make a difference in the lives of children and open our eyes to the REAL world and what is going on all around us, even in our own churches and within the whole Christian community of believers. We are to enter his gates with thanksgiving and PRAISE.  No one has the right to judge how each of us enter into his gates for that is a one on one entrance. Using insturments or not, it is a choice of each of God's children and we are to respect each other...... though we are different we must make a difference!  If God gives the gift of music, the talent, and I offer it to Him first in all glory, honor, and praise, in love and holiness for the key is the condition of ones heart.....and the heart of worship is Jesus Christ. Anti-Instrument ... the instruments were never used in in Christian worship until late in the 7th century. Response ... a disciple of Polycarp, who was a disciple of the apostle John, writes ; " as the Spirit urges those from all the earth who recognize this salutary mystery, the sufferings of Christ, through which He saved them, to sing and play the harp continually. Mr. Lee Howell makes it so clear. A word about Vacation Bible Schools. I have no right to judge any program but I do have the reponsibilty to bring to light God's Word. You see year by year, we have allowed the devil to come softly into our school's, then our home's and families, our government, and now into our churches and the programs we teach our children.  The Bible school literature that we have produced in recent decades is woefully anemic. It is hard to find material that is strong in doctrine. The current slick and colorful literature is filled with case-study scenarios and role-playing exercises that rely more on human wisdom than a respect for the authority of God’s Word. Lets get back to the basics.     Survival programs based from the program Survivor which deals with I for Me, not about others. Then we have balloons,flying high, army of God, Jungle adventure, Bible rodeo, space cadets for God, whatever the theme and name somewhere we have been led to color coat our programs and allowed the world to influence our programs. We use ungodly items in our programs like washable tattoo's and say it is ok? What does the Word of God say about such things?  A word about tattoo's that Christian's endorse and say are ok A washable tattoo is still a marking upon your body, and God's Word does not compromise. You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the LORD. Lev 19:28 :    In today’s culture, tattoos are “cool,” so Randy Funk, founder of Christian Kid Tattoos (christiankidtattoos.com) purposed to make them “cooler.” “Christian tattoos give kids a healthy alternative to what the secular world is offering,” he says. Jeff Lasseigne, assistant pastor at Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, Calif. (harvest.org), has used the tattoos in Vacation Bible Schools and kids crusades as a way to plug into kids. Many kids, he says, have asked him about the tattoos, proving that Christian tattoos are hitting a hot button. For more on tattoo's here is a link to a great article.   Christian Clothing:  Uth  Stuph Creative resources is the largest Christian T-shirt design and custom apparel screen printing company for Christian youth ministries and church youth groups in the United States. Although Uth Stuph advertises itself as a "Christian" company, its online catalogue advertises 600+ trendy designs for apparel which include not a few occultic symbols. Many designs incorporate a number of occult symbols, thereby magnifying the demonic power of the symbols.  Dead Center Youth group logo with a head in a gun sight and targeted upon the forehead. Could this be a fact tht there is so many children shot in schools? You be the judge. This logo don't seem Godly to me? And then the one on the right with the guy with glasses on fire for a youth retreat?  How can we become so blinded? Uth Stuph's Mission Statement reads as follows: "To be the premier resource provider by creatively communicating Christ through excellence in design, products, and customer care. There shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. - Mathew 24:24   We must be on guard and guide our children in the whole truth of the Bible, not how some people view things as ok.                                                    Index page
