On the keyboard Below circle the groups of two black keys

Circle on the keyboard below groups of three black keys

THE BLACK keys on the Keyboard are played by using a + or a -
In Music we call these FLATS and SHARPS. A flat and Sharp, + or - is a separate key. YOU DO NOT PLAY A 4 then the + 4+ is just one key. All the flats or sharps are just one key the same as all the WHITE keys.
Samples of + or Sharps below (Sharps and flats can be the same key . Example 5+ is the same as 6-

STEPS
(A counting we will go)

As we move up the keyboard each key is called a 1/2 STEP. THIS IS ONE KEY ONLY. When we add 1/2 and 1/2 we have 1 whole. THAT WOULD BE TWO KEYS. HOW many 1/2 steps are there from HOME 1 to 5
REMEMBER you do not count the One you start with. We are counting keys only.
1 2 3 4 56 7 1/2 steps count white and black

1 2 3 4 5
ANSWER ( 7 1/2 steps) We traveled 7 keys. From HOME which we do not count to the next key to the right is 1 which is black, then 2 which is white, then 3 which is black, then 4 which is white, then 5 which is also white, then 6 which is black, then 7 which is white.
Where on the keyboard are there no BLACK keys, two white ones together. CIRCLE
