First to God be given all the glory, honor and praise for I am nothing with Him in my life!. Dan Wheeler was born in Wheeling, West Virginia. His love for music began at the age of 12. WIthout any formal traning he became organist for two area churches. From the ages of 13-16 Dan had become staff organist for a local radio station and aired his own radio program live every Saturday morning. It was in these years Dan recorded several albums, and eight track tapes. His dream was to become a National Concert Artist. That dream came true in the EIghties. Dan travelled the Country for the Wurlitzer Company performing nearly 200 concerts a year. In the 90's he made professional hockey history becoming the first organist in the history of hockey to be ejected from a hockey game. It was during a professional hockey game to which he was the team organist that he played a song "three blind mice" to the bad call of an offical which the offical had him tossed out for. This game was live on television and made front page news, was on ESPN and the wire services throughout the United States and Canada. After 6 seasons with the hockey team the officals tossed Dan three times. Dan had always loved to write poetry and music and take photos. In 2003 Dan had his first Near Death Experience which opened his eyes to a new direction which the Lord wanted him to travel. After recieving a degree in Biblical Studies he started his journey in writting, including several childrens books incorporating his pictures. Dan loves taking digital pictures and in 2007 Dan Won a award for one of them. Then in 2004 Dan Launched his program the Keyboards for Christ Music Program. In 2005 Dan also finished the Let's Talk About Heroes vacation Bible School Progam. Currently Dan volunteers at local nursing homes and preaches. He resides in the beautiful hills outside of his home town of Wheeling West Virginia. Dan has three sons Scott, Mark, and Michael.
